I learned that there are alot of uses for water that we take for grantit. In the first group we had to list the things that float in the water. Sadly the majority of the things we listed to float were litter. Then we wen to a different stations that other students in my class had  where i learned and realized other things. A big one that is very common was water conservation. This is where i realized how wasteful we all really are. The amount of clean water we waste is ridiculous when we  could be saving the resources we have by not watering our lawns as much or not taking baths as often. Lastly i went to a station where we discussed the pros and cons of living by a body of water. There were a  lot of benefits living by a water such as fishing, recreational activities, and transportation. Then there were pros such as weather problems causing flooding and and mosquitos.
